Just had hardwood flooring installed in my entire condo unit. Vasile and his team worked in very tight quarters amongst several big pieces of furniture. so pleased how smoothly the entire process went. The project was completed in only 2 days thanks to a very hard working crew. Vasile made sure I was satisfied with the results. You can’t go wrong with Vasile and his team.

Vasile just put relatively pricey Brazilian cherry engineered wood floors on our large living room/dining room. He was willing to work with us to find the exact wood we wanted. It looks fantastic and his employees were fast and extremely thorough. The work is perfect and we are extremely happy to have found him. The multilingual staff paid a lot of attention to detail by sweating details and reglueing trim, and controlled dust as much as possible by sawing on the balcony.

He did an excellent of replacing carpets with laminate flooring and painting my large one bedroom apartment. The best part were his professionalism and quality. Zero stress of timeliness of completion and he was easy to deal with. The price he quoted was average of the market, but in the end proved to a great value for money having seen the excellent job he did (I once hired a less expensive contractor a few years ago and regretted it). He also made some free suggestions to make some inexpensive upgrades. I will hire him again anytime and will highly recommend him.

I recently purchased a vintage beautiful two flat in Chicago. I hired this company to do approximately 2400 square feet of hardwood floors. My job consisted of sanding staining and putting new existing floors of oak into a kitchen that I opened up from the dining room . I also had maple in one of the units under the kitchen floor that had layers and layers of sticky tar paper and nails in it it was a mess when other companies told me it couldn’t be done I knew it could…. Vasile told me without hesitation he told me we can take care of that I was so happy with the outcome I would highly recommend him to any one of my friends and family …….

A tenant moved out leaving deep scratches in the hardwood flooring. I needed someone to come on very short notice to do the repairs before the new people moved in. Vasile’s was able to come on very short notice, on a Saturday. The workmen showed up on time, they were very polite and professional. The work was done quickly, cleaned up very nicely and, most importantly, the floors look terrific! The price was quite fair. I would definitely use Vasile’s again and would highly recommend them.

My experience with Vasile’s Flooring was top notch! I called Vasile for a quote and he came out the same day. I had just purchased a condo & needed to refinish the main area & wanted to install hardwood in 2 bedrooms. Vasile suggested I could put in hardwood or even use engineered hardwood floating floors to save a bit of money. He showed me samples and I decided to go with that!

Vasile’s crew began 2 days later and were wonderful. I was able to choose my top coat product (water base or oil) at the time it was ready to be put on, which was quite useful to me as I wasn’t sure which route I wanted to go with yet (I ended up selecting water base.)
When all the work was done the crew cleaned up really well and the floors looked great.

When Vasile came to pick up the remainder of money due, I showed him where the movers SCRATCHED the newly refinished floors & Vasile allowed his crew to fix it for me without an additional charge. Thank you Vasile!

Overall I would say this was a full service classy operation and I am happy to recommend Vasile’s flooring company.
